Adone industrial doors, a member of the Book Line family ideal for large openings, offers a significant advantage with its perfect adaptability to various environments and easy installation. High technology and a wide range of accessories provide the best results to meet all your needs.

Thanks to its unique structure, diverse accessories, configurations, and finishes, Adone is designed to adapt to different construction sites and various environments. The application introduces innovation for folding doors that do not require a threshold guide rail, offering versatility, technological innovation, and an aesthetic appearance. Additionally, it ensures easy installation and provides maximum usable space with a 180° angle.

  • Panels:

    Vertical wing panels consist of 52mm thick galvanized, embossed, and varnished double steel sheets.

    The inner and outer surfaces of these panels are joined in a way that does not form a thermal bridge, and high-density insulation material is placed inside. The inner frame consists of box profiles measuring 50x50x2mm, where hinges can be safely mounted. Aluminum profiles with brush seals on the top and bottom of the panels provide insulation. On the sides of the panels, EPDM seals prevent the infiltration of dust or air. These seals are designed to close the 50mm gaps between panels, as well as between panels and vertical profiles.

    Outer Frame:

    Vertical and horizontal profiles made of 80x50mm extruded aluminum are designed with channels that assist in the adjustment of hinges. These profiles also feature vertical EPDM seals found on the panels.

    Upper Track:

    Made from 3mm thick double-groove galvanized steel. The adjustable supports and brackets compatible with the U-profile simplify the correct positioning of the tracks. Wheels that hit the mechanical limit switches adjust the panel openings.

    Lower Track:

    Made from 2.5mm thick press-formed steel. The threshold guide rail is optional and can be easily applied in required areas.

    Installation and Opening:

    Door panels can fold inward or outward and open at 90° or 180°. A catenary wire gap can be left between the panels.
