We can roughly divide aluminum partition materials into two components: (1) aluminum frames (profiles) that form the main structure and frame of the partition system, and (2) aluminum box profiles in the middle section that regulate light and visibility. Additionally, perforated and expanded metals are increasingly being used in partition systems today.
The manufacturing process of aluminum partition systems is also relatively straightforward. Aluminum profiles for the outer frame are sourced pre-painted in the desired color. These profiles are then cut to the required dimensions, adjusted for the necessary angles and gaps, and assembled into the frame. Next, the box profiles are integrated into the inner section. If the system involves sliding rails, hinged mechanisms, folding designs, or pivot systems, additional preparations are completed before assembly.
