ThermoTeck Industrial Doors

ThermoTeck rolling doors are constructed with double-walled galvanized steel profiles that provide thermal and sound insulation. The interlocking panels create a robust structure, enabling the closure of large and very large openings. Manufactured in accordance with EN 13241-1 and CE-marked, these doors meet all safety and security directives. With ease of installation and high precision, they ensure a smooth transition between the installer and the end user.

  • Door Panels:

    • Hinged, interlocking door panels made from galvanized steel
    • Double-walled steel panels, 93.7 mm wide
    • Durable, corrosion-resistant plastic end caps

    Insulation:

    • Double-walled aluminum sealing profiles
    • Permanent elastic EPDM tube seals resistant to freezing

    Rails and Upper Connection:

    • Durable galvanized steel profiles with wear-resistant and easily replaceable plastic guides
    • Wind hooks designed for high wind loads or wide spans
    • Fall protection mechanisms
    • Primed steel tubes with welded shafts on both sides for side brackets and bearing housings
