Expanded and Perforated Metals
Perforated Metal Facade Cladding
Perforated metal sheet (or perforated plate) is a building material created by applying punching processes using a special perforated sheet machine on flat sheets made of stainless steel, copper, zinc, or aluminum. While companies manufacturing perforated sheets generally produce them in specific standards, they are available in a wide variety of sizes and colors.
There are also many different types available. Models such as circular, hexagonal perforated, or perforated diamond plates are produced. Dimensions, colors, or shapes usually do not significantly affect prices; instead, prices are primarily determined based on weight calculations.

Expanded (Mesh) Metal Facade Cladding
Expanded metal sheet (or expanded plate) is a building material created by applying a stretching process using a special expanded metal press machine on flat sheets made of stainless steel, copper, zinc, or aluminum. While companies manufacturing expanded metal generally produce them in specific standards, they are available in a wide variety of sizes and colors.
Expanded metals feature diamond-shaped patterns of openings, and the dimensions of these openings vary. Again, although factories manufacturing expanded metal typically produce them in standard sizes, the variety of options is quite extensive. Dimensions or colors usually do not significantly affect prices; instead, prices are primarily determined based on weight calculations.

Perforated metal panels and expanded metal sheets are delivered to our factory after being produced at the main facility to be prepared as ready-to-install products for facade cladding applications. The final production of ready-to-install products is carried out in our factory, and they are dispatched for on-site application.
Perforated sheets and expanded metals offer significant advantages, especially in terms of weight. Since metals have openings, they are lighter compared to their dimensions, which not only facilitates installation but also reduces the load on the building’s facade while providing strong flexibility.
With facade cladding applications, they create an aesthetically pleasing appearance in exterior decoration, and by controlling the passage of light, temperature, and sound, they provide additional insulation and indoor comfort. However, their costs are generally higher than standard facade cladding applications due to both manufacturing expenses and the fact that they are often used in combination with glass facades rather than as standalone solutions.
Applications of perforated and expanded metals include suspended ceilings, floors, walls, stairs, office partitions, railings, sunshades and shutters, doors, and, of course, exterior facade cladding.
