Composite Curtain Wall

Composite Curtain Wall

Composite curtain wall is a facade cladding system applied by covering a steel substructure with composite material panels by bending process. There is also a system where it is applied in the form of key fitting hangers. These sandwich panels, whose outer shells are made of aluminum metal and the inner structure is made of composite building material, add a modern look to the exterior of the buildings and are preferred for their low weight, ease of application and metallic properties.

Aluminum composite panels have different fire classes. There are non-flammable classes such as B1 and B2 or fireproof classes such as A1. The aluminum outside has thicknesses such as 0.30, 0.40 and 0.50 mm in general use. While this thickness difference affects the durability of the plate, it also makes a difference in prices. In addition, they have a very wide color chart and special applications such as wood veneer are also available.from here from here you can download it.

Composite panels provide great flexibility in terms of dimensions and sizes. Although the sheets are generally produced in standard sizes on the production line in the composite panel factory, they can be easily scaled during cutting by factories like ours that manufacture ready-to-assemble composite panels.

After the cutting process, the jointing process is applied to form the gaps between the panels, which we call joints, and it is easily assembled on the construction site. In recent years, especially composite cladding villas and stores are in high demand.
